Our two apartments in Thurloe St are at the hub of South Kensington, a stone's throw from the Tube (instant access to all Central London areas), and a short stroll from the world famous Natural History, Science, and Victoria and Albert Museums, as well as the renowned Albert Hall on Hyde Park. To the south lies Chelsea, with Knightsbridge to the east. The immediate area abounds in places to eat, from delicious patisseries to exotic international restaurants.
Our South Kensington apartments, occupying the garden floor and upper-ground floor of this substantial classic London building, are very spacious and light, and furnished in a delightful blend of antique and modern classic furniture with large, easy sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day's work or cultural touring.
The upper ground floor apartment has large, high-ceilinged, airy rooms, with one very large double bedroom, a large sitting/dining room, and a very light conservatory kitchen overlooking neighbouring gardens.
The more intimate garden floor apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining hall, and a large sitting room leading to a seating area in a small outside courtyard.
Both apartments enjoy fully fitted kitchens with all modern appliances (including washer-drier and dishwasher), marble bathrooms/shower rooms, multi-channel TV, broadband and telephone. Maid service is weekly, or more often by arrangement.
South Kensington is close to London's Oxford Street, Marble Arch , West End & Soho. An easy taxi ride into all of London's West End & Theatre Land.
